Returns
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Marshall Munitions LLC will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund for items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 888-796-AMMO (2666) to request a return label.

SHIPPING POLICY
The following is a list of government-mandated shipping restrictions that are imposed on the citizens of the following states. This summary is being provided as a convenience and is not intended to be conclusive. It is up to the buyer to determine the laws in your state and local jurisdiction. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT BEFORE ORDERING. We Incur a cost to process a credit card and a refund, and so we will charge a 5% Restocking Fee if we have to cancel your order.
1. You must be 21 years of age or older to order to order ammunition.
2. We cannot accept returns on Ammunition. Please order carefully.
3. We do not ship outside the Contiguous United States of America.
4. We do not ship to the following states or territories at all:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Massachusetts
- Washington D.C.
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO Addresses
- Anywhere outside of the contiguous 48 states.
Additionally, the following States have restrictions. We recommend calling us at 888-796-AMMO (2666) BEFORE ordering.
- California
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- New York
- New Jersey
While we WILL ship to these states, only as outlined in the details below. Please read your sates individual restrictions carefully.
California
All Ammunition shipments must go to one of the following: (Documentation must be on file BEFORE we will release your shipment)
- CA licensed ammunition vendor with a copy of their license on file
- A Federally licensed dealer (FFL) with a copy of their license on file
- In either of the above 2 situations, you will need to pass a background check and the vendor will very likely charge you fees.
- A type 03 FFL (C&R) with a certificate of eligibility (COE) and both licenses on file
- A gun range that will keep the ammunition on their premises
- A law enforcement agency with written authorization from the head of the agency stating that the ammunition is for official use
- A sworn peace officer, as defined in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 830) of Title 3 of Part 2, or sworn federal law enforcement officer, who is authorized to carry a firearm in the course and scope of the officer’s duties.
Connecticut:
- You can place your order but prior to shipping we require additional documentation. We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license be scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship. Illinois
- State law requires that we have your FOID on file before we can ship. You can scan it an email it to Sales@marshallmunitions.com
- We cannot ship to Cook County
New York
- We can only ship your ammo to a registered FFL or ammunition reseller in NY due to state laws. Please contact us prior to ordering, as we will need a copy of the FFL on file. There will likely be fees involved from that reseller.
- We do not ship to the following areas:
- New York City, or any of the Five Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island)
New Jersey
- Prior to shipping we require firearms/ammunition ID card scanned and emailed to us on file.
